Powerful Tools for Caregivers: For parents of children (of any age) with a chronic health condition or disability

When: The class will be held from 12-1:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 11 through Nov. 15

Where: JFCS (5905 Golden Valley Rd, Golden Valley)

What to Expect: The class will provide you with self-care tools that will help you take care of yourself while taking care of child who has a chronic physical, mental health condition or a disability. You will learn to reduce stress, improve your self-confidence, bring more balance to your life, better communicate your feelings, and increase your ability to make tough decisions.

Cost: The cost is $35 – it will include a caregiver book that will be provided at the first class.
