End-of-year giving: A huge THANK YOU

On behalf of over 13,000 clients, our staff and the community, THANK YOU for continuing to support JFCS. The end of 2018 was exciting and humbling for our fundraising efforts at JFCS. We hosted our most successful Annual Benefit, raising over $625,000 to support programs for children and unrestricted funds, and our Annual Give Campaign exceeded our goal by over $70,000. We raise funds because there is an ongoing need in our community for a place to turn, a helpful hand, an advocate, and a friend, and JFCS fulfills that need.

 

With programs and services available to all, serving young to old, we are proud of the work we do providing assistance with compassion and care. Your contributions continue to make a difference in so many ways, every single day. Food is being delivered, rides are being provided, mental health services are available, career services are being accessed, volunteers are engaged and making meaningful contributions, and we are responding to urgent and unmet needs.

 

As we kick off 2019, we are setting lofty goals so that we will remain able to meet the ever growing needs of our community. We know with your renewed support, these goals can be achieved. In addition to continuing to surpass our goals for our Annual Give Campaign and our Annual Benefit, we are excited to participate in Year 3 of the Twin Cities It’s Your Legacy program and grow our endowment with new funds and adding dollars to existing funds.
