JFCS Career Services is FREE, and we serve clients of all backgrounds. You don’t need to be Jewish to utilize our services, and we work with clients from entry- to executive-level positions.

At JFCS, you’ll never feel like a number. We provide one-on-one coaching to critically assess a wide range of career experiences, skills and aptitudes. This service includes career assessments with professional interpretation, individual job-search coaching sessions, résumé and cover letter critique and goal-setting sessions to create an individual action plan.

The end of your job is not the end of your career. Workers who are laid off or have received notice of permanent layoff or termination may be eligible for the Dislocated Worker Program. This program provides career counseling to help people make strategic decisions about their professional futures. As part of the MSP TechHire initiative, IT Pathways connects individuals with the needed resources to prepare for success in IT jobs. Vocational Rehabilitation provides personalized services to individuals with disabilities who are seeking to improve their work lives or find employment. This program provides support for families to help them move toward self-sufficiency through employment. All participants receive an assessment and an employment plan, which outlines personalized steps necessary to reach this goal.
