During the month of February, JFCS and Jewish communities around the world observe Jewish Disability Awareness, Acceptance and Inclusion Month (JDAIM). The mission of JDAIM is to unite Jewish communities worldwide to raise awareness and champion the rights of all Jews to be accepted and included in all aspects of Jewish life.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have a secret weapon: a highly trained squad of elite soldiers that is entirely made up of Israeli citizens with disabilities and special needs. Put another way, their secret weapon is INCLUSIVITY. Join Jewish National Fund-USA during Jewish Disabilities, Awareness, and Inclusion Month (JDAAIM) to learn about the Special in Uniform program, and how a meaningful military service experience empowers these uniquely skilled young adults to become integrated members of Israeli society.
