Are you worried about political discussions at the Thanksgiving table or at other holiday events? If so, you are not alone! The divisive political climate can create challenges for family celebrations and relationships. Learn practical strategies for navigating political disagreements with loved ones. We will focus on exploring tools to manage tension and preserve relationships without compromising your values.
Presented by Leah Persky, PhD in political science and Parent Coach
Leah is the Manager of Professional & Community Education and Addiction and Recovery Services at JFCS. She has her PhD in Political Science and has taught courses in political science, international studies and global health at several universities. She is passionate about helping people manage political challenges in their lives and supporting families as a parent coach.

This series is designed to empower families with tools to strengthen communication, stay up to date of current topics and challenges, build resilience, and stay connected in a complex world.
We hope you will join us for one or all of the sessions. Cost is $30 per session or all sessions for $50.
We do not want cost to be a barrier to attendance; no-cost options to attend are available.
